Return and Refund Policy — 1.1 Parfum
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at: shujaa.france@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: 36 rue Louis Pergaud, 26200 Montélimar, France.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions — Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. Unopened and unused bottles remain eligible for return within 30 days. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase.
14-day withdrawal period — European Union
In accordance with European law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw, without having to provide a reason. The item must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at: shujaa.france@gmail.com.
